Imran was fantastic at communicating and let us inspect and drive the car around. The quality of the car was amazing as well. So very happy! Very friendly service everyone was willing to help us buy the car!

Great car dealer - Imran was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. Good customer service, responding promptly to all my communications. We secured a very fair deal, and everything was exactly as described. Even after the purchase, he was more than willing to assist with any queries - would recommend to my family and friends.

Car wasn't described properly. I had to take the car to the garage several times within a few months. And the engine light came on 5 times in 5 months after discovering issue after issue I just let the car go instead of constantly repairing.

I highly recommend West Drayton Motors as a place to purchase a vehicle because not only was the Mercedes I bought kept in a pristine, immaculate condition but the customer service from Imran was also A1.Therefore for me the volume of 5 star reviews are an accurate reflection of the company whose employees are all courteous individuals who act with integrity.

I gave Mr Imran a call to arrange for a viewing the same day and he gave me a time immediately. He was polite, and very patient while explaining everything about the car and its history. I made some notes on some things I’ll like to be done on the car before concluding the transaction which he took care of. He delivered the car to my house in a good condition. I would recommend him👍🏽

Unfortunately Mr Imran wasn’t honest with us regarding the vehicle we bought. The advert mentioned that the car has no faults and that the parking sensors are working. After the car was delivered to us, it turned out that the parking sensors are not working and that dashboard keeps showing a fault that the rear doors are opened despite the car being a 3-doors car with no rear passenger doors! At delivery upon discovering this fault, Mr Imran said that it’s a minor thing and that probably the previous car owner had just disconnected the parking sensor as they were noisy! He also mentioned that it’s something very easy to fix and won’t cost much and that he’ll pay for it to be fixed!Later, and after 10 visits to different garages, We discovered that the car’s module has been replaced with another one, of 5- doors car! Hence the fault!When telling Mr Imran, he sent us another faulty module with even more faults and said that this is all what he can offer and despite the guarantee, he refused to take the car back!We also discovered that the left passenger seat handle doesn’t work, which is also something he didn’t mention until the car was infront of my door!I wouldn’t recommend buying online from Mr Imran because of the dishonesty, or you go check the car in person before paying anything!
