Excellent pre and post sales services by Imran! Went above and beyond to rectify and help so I have a running car. Imran was always available even during weekends for minor issues and to explain usability of the car sold to me! First car I bought had some issues but Imran's approach to resolve the issue, amicably, was exceptional! He is calm, has positive attitude, passionate about his business and providing excellent pre and post customer service throughout the buying process. Bought a Mazda 6 from the dealer recently. Honestly, I don't think there's anything that could have gone better. From the first phone call asking if the car is available to view, Imran was very friendly and helpful. When he showed me the car, he took great care with the details and demonstrated the car perfectly. Not to mention, the car was absolutely stunning. I had already travelled far to different locations and saw many cars, and none of them were as well taken care of or pristine as this one. Throughout the sales process also, Imran was very endearing, supportive and helpful, getting the car properly taken care of, checked and fixed (minor window fuse issue) prior to handing it off.
