Owner was very polite and professional. Car we viewed was exactly as described. We paid a little extra for a full vehicle check (always worthwhile for full peace of mind) and that came back all good. Any and all questions were answered without hesitation. Paper work was all present and test drive helped us choose the car. Owner went out of his way to deliver it - it does say free delivery within 20 miles - but he had staff absenteism and had to organise a taxi back. Log book and car tax were sorted at the business which just left us to get the insurance. Overall very happy with the whole experience and would recommend their services.

Deceptive Practices and Falsified MOT Reports at West Drayton Motors I had an extremely disappointing experience with West Drayton Motors. Before purchasing the car, I was assured multiple times that the MOT was advisory-free and that previous issues flagged in the last three MOT inspections—such as rust and corrosion on brake pipes and suspension arms—had been fixed or replaced. However, after purchasing the car, I took it to an authorized garage for a Vehicle Health Check (VHC), where the engineer confirmed that the same issues listed in the previous four MOTs were still present. Instead of replacing or repairing the corroded parts as promised, the seller had merely waxed and painted over them to hide the damage. When I confronted the seller and requested to return the car based on their earlier assurance of a 7-day return policy for major problems, I was met with denial and rudeness. The seller refused to take responsibility, claiming they “are not doing charity,” and has since ignored all my texts and calls. Additionally, it appears that West Drayton Motors provided a falsified MOT inspection report, which is a serious and unethical practice. Misrepresenting a vehicle’s condition in this way not only deceives customers but also poses potential safety risks. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from West Drayton Motors to exercise extreme caution. Do thorough research, request an independent inspection, and ensure all claims about the vehicle’s condition are verified before proceeding. This experience was both frustrating and costly, and I hope it serves as a warning to others.
